Monthly NAS / RAID Monitoring with RMA

Description

Have you rolled out a NAS / RAID solution but are struggling to keep it updated, maintained and healthy? We can help! Our managed services monitor your disks and alert you when and if a system failure is detected and help you get back on track with limited down time.

Our services monitor your disk and volume health and, if a problem is detected an e-mail with RMA instructions is sent to you. After which, a representative guides you through bringing your volumes back online. All you have to do is swap out a disk and sit back. We will handle everything else!

This service is billed yearly up front for each month (125 x Yearly agreement)

System Monitoring & Service

- Disk health - Monitor failing or defective disks.

- System and package updates.

- User account and permission setting configuration.

- Authentication & Access

- Disk expansion and data migration.

RMA Assistance

- Detailed instructions and support to RMA Hard disks, or other components with ease.

- Detailed instructions and support to RMA warrantied NAS appliances to the OEM.

- Rebuild and reconfigure failed drives or volumes.

Backup Rotations

- Once your environment is properly setup we will schedule external backups for your RAID/NAS

- Finally you will receive documentation, training and support for your device.

- Configuration for 10 endpoints (including desktops, laptops and mobile devices).

- Training on product usage.

- Backup rotation reminders and notifications.
